1. Place your deposit for a 1/2, 1/4 or Whole share of a calf
2. We will reserve your calf while we finish raising it for you
3. We will have your beef professionally processed at a local USDA inspected processing facility
4. When it's ready, we will send you an email invoice to collect the final payment
5. You will be notified that your beef is ready for pick up or delivery  

We do! For local deliveries free delivery can be arranged but we do charge a fee for anywhere outside of 15 miles.

Hanging Weight is a weight the butcher gives us after the animal has been processed; blood drained, head, hide & some organs removed. The hanging weight is usually about 60% of the live weight. 

The take home weight after processing is between 30-35% of live weight and 50-60% of hanging weight.

Whole beef - 300-400lbs

Half beef - 150-200lbs

Quarter beef - 75-100lbs

Regenerative meat is meat that was raised by ranchers using holistic practices on land that is regenerating and becoming healthier over time. The term "regenerative meat" is more about how the animals were raised and how the land was managed than about the meat itself. 

Yes, We vaccinate our calves for Blackleg. This is an important vaccination and prevents us from losing our herd.

We do not use mRNA vaccines

Yes, If an animal is sick then it will receive the medicine it needs. However it is then removed from our program and sold to the commodities market.

While we are not certified organic, we follow organic practices and do not use synthetic pesticides or fertilizers.
